PAINTED STORAGE
We worked with Lara Eldin Design to create custom storage cabinetry for her Hells Kitchen project. She utilized limited hallway space to maximize custom storage. A running ladder ties all of the cabinetry together, and helps to access the hard to reach upper storage. We painted the cabinets white in the hallway and blue in the bedroom to delineate the spaces. LED lights inside the pantry cabinetry add extra light to find things in a hallway that doesn’t have much natural light. There is a hidden stacked washer and dryer in the bedroom as well! Overall, the look is clean, modern, and simple and gives the client so much extra storage that NYC apartments are often lacking. We love the way creativity and good design come together with these cabinets.
